Hal Heiner has increased his ground game since that last poll which showed him 8 up on Jamie Comer. This 33% to 19% survey showing Heiner over Comer by 14 points supports an overall feeling across the state that Heiner is making big moves in areas like the GOP rich counties around Lake Cumberland.
